Do I have to join a membership?
No. You can shop treats normally without joining Plus or VIP. Membership is for customers who want a monthly treat plan and member rewards.
What am I paying for with Plus?
Plus is $59 per month. That payment covers your Plus membership, your choice of 2 eligible treat bags each month, and Plus milestone rewards. You do not pay a second time for those 2 selected monthly bags.
What am I paying for with VIP?
VIP is $99 per month. That payment covers your VIP membership, your choice of 4 eligible treat bags each month, and VIP milestone rewards. You do not pay a second time for those 4 selected monthly bags.
Are the 2 or 4 membership bags free?
No. They are part of what your monthly membership payment purchases. “Included” means there is no additional charge for those selected bags beyond the $59 Plus or $99 VIP monthly payment.
Can I buy extra treats too?
Yes. Extra treats are optional and charged separately. In the treat builder you can choose an extra treat as a one-time purchase, every month, or every two months when that delivery option is available.
Do I get to choose my dog's treats?
Yes. You choose the flavors instead of receiving a mystery assortment.
What are the member rewards?
Plus rewards: Month 1 welcome sticker, Month 3 sticker sheet, Month 6 Pampered Paw mug, and a Month 12 anniversary merch surprise. VIP rewards: Month 1 VIP sticker pack, Month 3 Pampered Paw mug, Month 6 Pampered Paw desk mat, and a Month 12 VIP anniversary merch surprise.
